General

What do you specialize in?
Gluten-free baked goods, mixes, and hands-on classes that focus on flavor, texture, and reliable results at home.

Are your products celiac-safe?
All recipes and mixes are formulated gluten-free. I work to minimize cross-contact, but please review ingredient labels and class notes for your specific needs.

Do you offer dairy-free or egg-free options?
Many recipes include dairy or eggs with suggested substitutions. Check each product/class page for notes or email me if you need guidance.

Do your mixes use preservatives?
No chemical preservatives. I use non-GMO flours and starches and focus on pantry-friendly ingredients.

Classes

Where are classes held?
In and around Coeur d’Alene (venues listed on each event page). Example: Migliore Olive Oil in downtown CDA.

What do I bring?
I provide recipes, tools, and ingredients unless noted.

What’s the age policy?
Ages 10+ with a participating adult; 16+ may attend solo (unless a class states otherwise).

Can I transfer or cancel my ticket?

  • Full refund or credit up to 72 hours before the class.

  • Inside 72 hours, tickets are transferable to another person or can be credited to a future class if space allows.
    (If a class is canceled by me, you’ll receive a full refund.)

Do classes include take-home materials?
Yes—printed recipes, technique notes, and often a short recap video or PDF link afterward.

Subscription Boxes & Mixes

How do subscription boxes work?
Choose a plan (monthly or multi-month). Boxes ship the first week of the month and include a mix, measured add-ins (as needed), and step-by-step instructions with tips.

Can I skip or cancel a subscription?
Yes. Manage from your account before the renewal date or email me and I’ll help.

Do I need special equipment?
I keep tools simple. If a specialty tool helps, I’ll note it on the product page and suggest alternatives.

Orders, Shipping & Pickup

Where do you ship?
I currently ship within the United States. (If you’re outside the U.S., email me and I’ll check options.)

How long will my order take?
Processing is usually 2–4 business days, plus carrier transit time, with all orders shipping on Tuesdays You’ll receive tracking when it ships.

Do you offer local pickup?
We do! A day/time/place in Coeur de Alene will be selected each month for local box pick ups “Local Pickup” option at checkout.

What if my package arrives damaged?
Take photos of the box, label, and contents within 48 hours and email them to [your email] so I can make it right.

Ingredients & Allergens

Which allergens might be present?
Recipes may include eggs and dairy; nuts are occasional (and labeled). Please read each product’s ingredient list and ask questions if needed.

Are your flours certified gluten-free?
I source from trusted suppliers and specify gluten-free flours/starches in mixes. Supplier certifications can be provided upon request.

Custom Orders & Gift Cards

Do you take event orders?
Yes—special orders are available with lead time. Email info@BeehiveBakeryCDA.com with your date, quantities, and dietary notes. Note: This is limited to time available

Do you sell gift cards?
Digital gift cards are available and can be used for classes, mixes, and boxes.
